"Rieko was born from something I witnessed repeatedly — potential great leaders floundering at crucial transitions, or unknowingly held back by behaviours that clashed with the culture around them. I built this practice because that gap deserved more than a generic solution."

I'm Diana — a leadership coach with 3 decades of HR leadership across nonprofits, corporates, startups, and government. I've sat in the rooms where leadership decisions are made, and I've seen exactly what separates those who rise from those who plateau. Through Rieko, I bring that lived experience directly into your coaching journey.

My approach is deeply personalised — drawing on a suite of world-class diagnostic tools and frameworks to ensure every engagement is built around who you are and where you want to go. No templates.
